My name is Jonathan Guy, I’m a 3D Generalist, Motion Graphics Designer, and Video Editor from Northern Ireland, with a foundation in software engineering; a creative technologist fluent in both pixels and code. My work lives at the intersection of cinematic storytelling and real-time technology.

I worked as a software engineer for nearly 8 years before finally taking a leap of faith into the world of video editing, production and animation. It has been a steep learning curve, but i genuinely love the work that I do and wouldn’t have it any other way!

With experience across VFX, design, and post-production — and the logic-driven mindset of a developer — I bring a unique perspective to visual storytelling: one that’s equal parts artistic and engineered.
